What You'll Do as a BCaBA:
  • Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
  • Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
  • Ensure therapy aligns with Centria's assent-based, child-centered philosophy
