Job description

Our Dedicated Retail Coverage Teams represent major brands within major grocery store chains by driving product availability. Your merchandising activties will connect customers with the brands they love. Flexible schedules and no weekend work.

What will you do?

  • Cover a set territory of retailers to make store visits and ensure merchandising coverage goals are met. 
  • Install, place, and maintain promotional materials and product displays according to client standards. 
  • Build displays to showcase products and maintain their overall appearance. 
  • Consult with management, report store-level observations, and complete detailed call notes with photos using Acosta's field technology. 
  • Share best practices and leverage support from teams nationwide through communication channels and social media groups.

  • Know the products and effectively communicate their value to store personnel and customers.

Experience and Requirements: 

  • Retail, merchandising, or field marketing experience is preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores in your route. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Reliable transportation to reach all stores in your territory.
