Forgotten Bakery Baker Position - Part time - 2-3 shifts per weekย

Forgotten Bakery is looking for experienced bakers and prep cooks to join our new production kitchen team. This kitchen will serve as our central commissary, responsible for producing bagels, empanadas, doughs, and prepared items that supply our retail bakery location.


Our bakery shifts are typically 8 hours and generally start between 4:00am and 5:00am, depending on the role and production needs.


To be successful in this role, you need the right attitude. The right attitude means being reliable, punctual, humble, open to direction, eager to learn, and able to stay calm under pressure. We are a busy, production-driven kitchen. Flexibility, consistency, and teamwork are essential. Reliable transportation and weekend availability are required.


What Youโ€™ll Do


Prepare and bake our bagels and empanadas according to Forgotten Bakery standards

Assist with daily prep for doughs, fillings, spreads, and other menu items

Work as part of a small, dedicated production team focused on consistency and quality

Follow recipes, batch schedules, and prep lists accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen at all times
