Job description

3940 Group is seeking a motivated Retail Account Manager to join our growing team in Bloomington, IL. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and are looking to build a long-term career in sales and leadership.

In this role, you will represent well-known brands in retail settings, engaging directly with customers to provide information, answer questions, and drive sales through meaningful conversations. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering a high level of professionalism in every interaction.

This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for additional earnings through bonuses and commission based on performance.

Compensation: $15/hour (approximately $700/week) + bonuses + commission

We provide full training, so no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are coachable, dependable, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities include:
