Full-Time

Dr. Squatch, the Marina del Rey men's personal care company that turned scent-forward natural soap into a national brand and expanded into fine fragrance colognes, is hiring an Account Manager, Retail Business Development. The company grew up direct-to-consumer and is now winning shelf space in major retail, the channel shift where account managers earn their keep, per the wholesale mechanics our wholesale coverage maps.

About the Role

The Account Manager develops and manages retail partnerships: supporting line reviews and resets, managing item setup, pricing, and promotional execution, analyzing sell-through and inventory health with partners, and finding white space for the brand's soap, deodorant, hair, and cologne lines across accounts.

Who Should Apply

CPG or personal care sales talent with retail account experience, national or regional chains, strong analytics, and comfort turning sell-through data into buyer conversations. Full-time at the Marina del Rey headquarters.
