Overview and Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated PAP Resupply Order Filler to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for pulling product for patient orders with an allotted proficiency level. This position engages in a variety of warehouse and business transactions that are critical to the operation of the Murray Distribution Center including supporting the accurate and timely supply of products to the Company’s patient base. The PAP Resupply Order Filler position engages internal stakeholders to fulfill their duties as described below.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with special projects and other departments in line with business needs
  • Check all pulled orders for accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, vendors and other departments both verbally and in writing to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner
  • Distinguish between similar products with 100% accuracy
  • Establish relationships with department peers and other departments
  • Fulfills all orders daily in accordance with departmental policies, procedures and goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse working environment
  • Maintains a dialog with team lead to address low stock levels
  • Practices safe work habits, ensuring a safe work environment
  • Reports any issues with order quantities
  • Reports any shortages
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Utilize a computer and operate select functions within the Warehouse Management System
  • Volunteers and performs other duties as required or assigned
  • Works well with a team and all coworkers
