A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney to join its Miami office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, investors, committees, and other stakeholders in sophisticated bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters.

Ideal Background

โ€ข 3โ€“6 years of bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, or creditors' rights experience
โ€ข Experience with Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, workouts, and distressed transactions preferred
โ€ข Experience representing debtors, lenders, creditors, committees, investors, or other stakeholders in complex restructuring matters
โ€ข Experience with bankruptcy litigation, contested matters, motions practice, and court appearances is a plus
โ€ข Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
โ€ข Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team environment
โ€ข Excellent academic credentials
