Solve high-visibility problems with data, end to end. In this role, you'll partner across JPMorganChase to shape solutions that improve decisions, strengthen controls, and drive measurable business outcomes.
As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate within JPMorganChase, you solve high-visibility problems with data, end to end.
Job responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end analytics and data solution delivery from problem definition through implementation and stakeholder readouts
  • Elicit and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and solution scope
  • Mine, analyze, and synthesize large datasets to produce insights, recommendations, and decision-ready outputs
  • Develop and maintain datasets/pipelines by querying enterprise data sources using appropriate tools and languages
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies; communicate progress and escalate issues when needed
  • Coordinate across cross-functional partners (e.g., technology, data science, legal, and other support teams) to deliver outcomes
  • Ensure quality standards for analysis, documentation, and controls are met throughout delivery
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., analytics, marketing, finance, risk, or consulting-oriented problem solving)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one analytics/programming tool (e.g., SAS, Python, Alteryx, Databricks, ThoughtSpot, UiPath) or willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate insights into practical recommendations
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior audiences
  • Collaborative, inclusive working style with strong relationship-building and influence skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience working with both relational and unstructured data in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with modern data/cloud ecosystems and scalable analytics patterns
  • Experience building repeatable reporting/measurement frameworks and executive-ready dashboards
  • Experience operating in agile delivery environments and continuous change
