Our team sits at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and deep alternatives expertise, combining intelligent automation with hands-on subject matter specialists to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly shapes how advisors and their clients experience alternative investments, this is the team for you.
Why Join SS&C

You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Help prioritize work, guide complex workflows, and promote a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Build relationships with wealth management clients, serving as a trusted point of contact for ongoing service and issue resolution
  • Communicate clearly with clients on discrepancies, timelines, and platform updates, translating complex alternatives data into actionable insights
  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of alternative investment data, including capital call and distribution processing, PCAPs, and data validation for reporting
  • Help with team workflows to ensure timely processing of capital calls, distributions, and other time-sensitive events in line with client SLAs

  • Identify potential risks and data quality issues early, partnering with cross-functional teams to support resolution

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial services, within wealth management, fund administration, or an alternative investment operations environment
  • Working knowledge of fund accounting and a solid understanding of commitment-based vehicles, fund of funds, capital calls, recallable distributions, and PCAPs - candidates who can read and interpret a PCAP or distribution notice will stand out
  • Strong Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, SUMIF, and VLOOKUP; comfort working with large data sets and an ability to spot anomalies quickly

What Sets You Apart
