Position Snapshot

  • Status:Full-time ( 3840 hrs per week, consistent weekdays, no weekends)
  • Environment:High-energy, team and patient-centric
  • Focus:Deliver wow first impressions, keep schedules humming, champion holistic health

Daily Responsibilities

  1. Welcome & Check-In greet patients, manage intake forms, keep lobby vibes positive
  2. Scheduling Guru coordinate initial and the next follow up appointment for chiropractic, & decompression, massage and minimize gaps
  3. GoHighLevelCRM experience
  4. Phone/Text Pro handle multi-line calls and text messages with warmth and clarity
  5. EMR Accuracy enter/update patient records
  6. Team Collaboration communicate flow changes to doctors/therapists, anticipate needs
  7. General Admin e-filing, scanning, supply tracking, and a bit of problem-solving flair

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 12 yrs front-office, medical receptionist, spa, or hospitality experience
  • Confidence with cloud-based calendars, EMR software, and basic MS/Google Suite
  • Strong written & verbal skillsclear, upbeat, and professional
  • Genuine interest in chiropractic / decompression / natural wellness (tell us why!)
  • College Grad or experienced in customer service (health-admin coursework a plus)
