Restoring Hope Counseling LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. In your role as an LMFT, you will perform the following essential tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions addressing various issues including alcohol abuse, family conflict, grief, and loss.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance mental and emotional wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions through our integrated digital platform.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and facilitate referrals to community resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

The clientele you will serve encompasses a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with complex and varying mental health issues. You will specialize in a family-focused approach, tackling topics such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
• Physical and psychological trauma.
• Grief and loss.
• Interpersonal conflicts and communication challenges within families.
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
• Supporting blended families adjusting to new dynamics.

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience and competency in providing therapeutic services to families and individuals.

While not mandatory, the following attributes are preferred:

• Experience in a community health setting or teletherapy.
• Expertise in working with a range of mental health conditions, particularly in family therapy.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital documentation and telehealth platforms.
