The work setting at Restoring Hope Counseling is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while still engaging passionately in the therapeutic process with clients. As part of our hospice-centered practice, social workers will coordinate closely with healthcare systems, colleagues, and families to ensure holistic care for clients experiencing serious mental health concerns.

• Engage with clients both in-person and via virtual platforms, providing therapeutic interventions for individuals with symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.
• Develop collaborative, client-focused treatment plans through effective communication with clients and their support systems.
• Conduct thorough assessments through evidence-based practice, ensuring that each client's unique needs guide the scope of their care.
• Work cohesively with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance overall service delivery and client outcomes.
• Monitor client progress, document treatment sessions, and ensure timely reporting and data submission.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and connecting clients with resources as needed.
• Contribute to committees aimed at improving agency services and the overall quality of care delivered.
• Provide on-call coverage during designated hours to address urgent client needs and ensure continuity of care.

This role specifically targets a diverse patient population, emphasizing those from under-resourced backgrounds who are dealing with the complexities of mental health challenges. Clients may include individuals with chronic health conditions, families facing end-of-life issues, and those experiencing emotional distress. As a social worker, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for clients and navigating them through systemic obstacles to ensure comprehensive care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical environment is preferred.
• Experience with crisis management and risk assessment, particularly in a hospice or end-of-life context.
• Familiarity with community resources and services available to support the needs of clients.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
