Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic counseling sessions tailored to individual and group needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique goals and circumstances of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to support clients in overcoming mental health challenges.
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement, fostering resilience and self-efficacy among clients as they navigate their personal journeys.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on cases and share insights, enhancing the collective knowledge of our counseling staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current trends and advancements in counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele is diverse, comprising individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups, all seeking support for a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. You will work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach that respects their unique contexts and needs.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies for virtual counseling sessions and documentation.
• A strong sense of empathy and cultural competency when working with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical or community health setting, with demonstrated success in providing mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a proven track record of developing effective treatment plans.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or LGBTQIA+ communities, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will benefit from unlimited client referrals, allowing you to focus solely on providing the best care for your clients. Other benefits include:
