YOU WILL
  • Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per the policies and objectives of the center
  • Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management
  • Collaborate with Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve the quality care given
  • Maintain policies that adhere to federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers

YOU HAVE
Requirements + Qualifications
  • Current state license to practice as a registered nurse
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience
  • BLS upon hire
  • ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire

Preferred
  • Bachelor's Preferred
  • ICU or perioperative nursing experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Nurse Manager experience
  • Regulatory and Accreditation knowledge (CMS, DOH, OSHA, AORN, AAAHC)
