Job description

Position Overview

Servpro of New Hanover County is looking for an experienced Restoration Production Manager. In this role you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, leading mitigation crews that respond to water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses for residential and commercial clients. You are responsible for ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Pay is based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure an accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software.
  • Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
  • Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors, to provide service on active projects.
  • Review job site documentation to support services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process.
  • Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction, tracked with online reviews.
  • Provide priority response to potential customers.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
Position Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • High school diploma/GED; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • IICRC certification required.
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in the restoration industry.
  • Xactimate estimating experience preferred.
Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
