We are looking for Water Damage Restoration Technicians, and if your not experienced, we can help you get thereYou will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.
If you are IICRC WRT, AMRT, or ASD certified, Awesome! if not, that is ok as long as you are willing to learn and have a great attitude. We will provide you the experience and will pay for you to attend the classes to achieve your certifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic demolition of drywall, flooring and other affected structures
  • Perform Disinfecting and Cleaning of remaining property structure
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
  • Document work being performed on the job via photos and video using mobile apps.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities by moving content, covering content and furniture with plastic, setting up plastic containment barriers
  • Set out commercial drying equipment (air movers, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers)
  • Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Communicate openly with the customer, manager and other technicians

Qualifications:
  • IICRC certification preferred, but will assist you in getting them
  • Experience with general construction/demolition tools and work
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation to & from work

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
