We are looking for Mold Abatement TechnicianYou will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Mold Restoration jobs. This includes the performing abatement and removal of Mold damaged drywall, flooring, detaching cabinets, countertops, and other mold abatement activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic demolition of drywall, flooring and other mold and water affected structures
  • Perform Disinfecting and Cleaning of remaining property structure affected by water damage or mold damage
  • Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Communicate openly with the customer, manager and other technicians

Qualifications:
  • Experience with general construction/demolition tools and work
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation to & from work

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
