WRG, a full-service water restoration and construction company (water, mold, asbestos, construction, and fire) is looking to hire a full-time Technician. The Company is headquartered in Miami, Florida. WRG is one of the leading restoration companies in the markets it services and has been open since 2005.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responds to emergency calls when dispatched.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during the entire time spent in every job.
  • Ensure that our customers know that we believe in providing impeccable service with honesty and integrity for every and any job that we do.
  • Arrive in a timely manner upon receipt of schedule to each job.
  • Ensure job needs are being met to industry standards, efficiently and using the required labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Attending Bi-weekly meetings with your team.
  • Ensure that work site safety is met by using the proper procedures and equipment.
  • Obtain necessary documentations for jobs (Ex. Work Auth, Timesheets, Tick sheets, etc.)
  • Properly clocking in and out on time management software for attendance.
  • Company vehicles to be always maintained and clean including advising of any damages.
  • Keep the project manager informed of the progress or of any issues that arise.
  • Assisting the crew chief and team leader, with loading up the vehicle for your scheduled workday.
  • Assisting the crew chief with taking photos and note recording in dash and encircle (software).
  • Assist using encircle (software) by filling out time sheets and tick sheets if needed.

Documentation/Software Responsibilities

  • Make updates accordingly of jobs in software.
  • Clock in and out according to job-designated software.
  • Take photos and record in designated software accordingly.
  • Upload all documents and update information into the software after job visit
  • Constant communication with customers and management.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work long hours, use equipment and climb ladders, go up and down stairs, perform demolition, use hand tools, etc. The employee will be required to carry up to 50 pounds. the employee is frequently standing, walking, using hand and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hand and arms. the employee is required to talk and listen have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills, including working in all types of weather and environments.

Work Environment

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. this job operates on the field predominantly within luxury condos, commercial businesses and residential buildings. Due to the nature of the work, often the job sites will be dirty, possible cold or wet and sometimes unsanitary. Every effort is made to protect our employees using PPE and other safety precautions.
