Job description

Position Summary:
The Grill Master at MOOYAH is responsible for expertly preparing and restocking all proteins and cheeses, adhering strictly to food safety standards, and ensuring every grill item is cooked with 100% accuracy. The role demands precise execution of grill orders, maintaining the highest quality as per MOOYAH specifications, and multitasking efficiently during high-volume shifts.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Up to $16/hr + tips.
  • Sign-on bonus after 90 days.
  • Flexible schedule (full-time/part-time).
  • Paid vacation.

Primary Duties:
  • Ensure all orders are complete and accurate.
  • Monitor and maintain MOOYAH quality standards for all menu items.
  • Communicate effectively with other stations, especially GS and Signature, regarding protein status and order completion.
  • Maintain proper shelf-life times and temperatures for proteins according to MOOYAH guidelines.
  • Prepare all proteins and cheeses daily.
  • Use labels correctly to track shelf-life times and dates.
  • Exhibit urgency to meet MOOYAH ticket time standards for all orders.
  • Keep line areas stocked and clean.
  • Greet every guest with "Welcome to MOOYAH," maintaining eye contact and thanking them as they leave.
  • Grill orders for dine-in, to-go, call-in, and online with 100% accuracy.
  • Be knowledgeable about all menu items, specifications, and procedures.
  • Ensure all food is served fresh and meets MOOYAH presentation standards.
