As an Account Executive, Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for selling R365 Accounting and Operations Platform to 1 to 8 location restaurant groups.ย

This is an outside sales position in the Orange County & Los Angeles, CA Area and will require weekly customer visits within the territory.
All applicants are required to live within this target market region.
How you'll add value:
- Work with Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development team to identify and sell into new accountsย
- Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainmentย
- Selling on value and return on investment vs. features & functionsย ย
- Uncovering pain points and business impact that maps back to our solutionsย
- Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing teamย
- Manage entire sales cycle from self-sourcing new opportunities to closeย
- Ensure new Customers remain on track to โgo liveโ in implementation, post-saleย
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecastย
- Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain a long-lasting business relationshipย
- In-depth knowledge of the R365 platform to present to prospective clientsย
- Continual industry research to identify trends in the marketplaceย
- Build and maintain a long-lasting business relationshipย
- Other duties as assignedย
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelorโs degree strongly preferredย
- Proven Account Management/Sales experience and strong record of success (software sales preferred)ย
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMย
- Strong presentation skillsย
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and writtenย
- Ability to adopt and follow a sales processย
- Ability to network and build relationshipsย
- Ability to negotiate and problem-solveย
- Organization and time management skillsย
- Enthusiasm and passion!ย
- Accounting or Restaurant Management experience (huge plus!)ย
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
- This position has a salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 + Commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
