Position: Service Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $65,000-$75,000/year

Lettuce Entertain You is looking for a Service Manager with 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.

Job Summary

Leads daily restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional guest and team experience. Oversees FOH and BOH teams, drives sales, manages costs, and supports the General Manager in growing the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily shifts (opening/closing) for smooth, efficient operations
  • Coach, develop, and support FOH & BOH team members
  • Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Support sales growth and cost control initiatives
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings, line checks, and shift walk-throughs
  • Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • Manage cash handling, nightly reporting, and labor controls
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and product quality

Requirements

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays as needed)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, safety, and sanitation standards
