Job Summary

We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Purchasing Manager to lead procurement efforts across our Mexican restaurant concepts. In this role, you’ll oversee the sourcing of goods and services for multiple locations, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality control, and restaurant supply chain performance. You’ll work closely with restaurant suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure we’re delivering consistency, value, and excellence to every guest we serve. Requirements
