Tidal+ takes great pride in working with our local community to ensure quality and dependability, and serve fresh sea & farm -to-table dishes to our guests.
Our Tidal+ Restaurant Servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverages preferences. Here, you will gain knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings, create the restaurant experience for our guests, and support the Tidal+ Operations.
Responsibilities to include:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including cocktails, beer and wine with precision and efficiency.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation to ensure the well-being of our guests and team members
  • Assist in training new team members and maintaining high standards of service excellence

The hourly rate range for this position is $17.13/hour to $17.47/hour. The starting rate for this position is $17.13/hour. For those Hyatt colleagues who have remained in this role for four years or more with Hyatt, they are currently offered a rate of $17.47/hour.
This position earns additional compensation from gratuities and tips given at the guest's discretion to the Tidal+ serving team, as well as service charges on applicable orders.
