Responsibilities
  • Lead & support host team to ensure smooth Front-of House operations
  • Manage guest flow in the dining room, seating rotations, & wait times during high volume shifts to ensure efficiency in service & balanced server sections
  • Manage reservations; special requests such as celebrations or dietary needs, & large party accommodations
  • Train & develop new hosts on service standards & OpenTable reservation system
  • Coordinate with management & kitchen staff to optimize table turns & ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle guests concerns professionally & involve management when needed
  • We are open 365, required to work during peak volume including Holidays & weekends
  • Full time 30+ hours
