Restaurant & Operations Manager – Full TimeShorty’s GoodTimes Bar | Pittsburgh, PA
Full-Time | Salaried Management Position
Shorty’s GoodTimes Bar is looking for an experienced, energetic Restaurant & Operations Manager to become part of our growing team.
Shorty’s is where great food, ice-cold drinks, wall-to-wall TVs, and old-school entertainment come together. From duckpin bowling, pinball, shuffleboard, darts, bocce, karaoke, and more, we create an energetic atmosphere built around great hospitality and GOOD TIMES.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who loves being on the floor, developing people, taking care of guests, and driving results.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience managing labor and cost of goods
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Comfortable leading in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 21+
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, OpenTable, TripleSeat, and POS systems; Toast experience is preferred
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
