Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead our operations in Chatham, United States. As the Restaurant GM, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, managing a diverse team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining profitability and operational excellence. This is a leadership position that requires a professional, decisive, and motivational approach to drive success in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop restaurant staff, fostering a positive team culture and maintaining high performance standards
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, health codes, and company standards
  • Implement and monitor inventory management and supply chain processes to minimize waste and control costs
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to drive customer traffic and brand awareness
  • Create and manage staff schedules to optimize labor costs while maintaining service quality
  • Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and operational goals

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant operations management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and controlling operational costs
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health code compliance
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate diverse teams
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences
