Chick-fil-A Prep Team Leader

We are looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Prep Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Irondequoit. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing all Back of House food preparation, ensuring our kitchen is equipped with fresh, high-quality ingredients to serve our guests every day. Position Overview

The Prep Team Leader is responsible for leading all daily food preparation while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, quality, and efficiency. This leader ensures all prep is completed accurately, on time, and according to recipe specifications so the kitchen can operate smoothly throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys coaching others, staying organized, and leading by example. They are committed to developing team members, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and creating systems that help the Back of House succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all food is prepared accurately and according to Chick-fil-A recipes and standards.
  • Prioritize daily prep production to meet business demands.
  • Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures.
  • Monitor product quality, freshness, and waste to maximize efficiency.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, rotation (FIFO), and stock organization.
