My Neighbor Felix is looking for a driven and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team at our LoHi - Denver location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow within a dynamic and expanding restaurant group.

We are seeking a motivated leader who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and develop. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of management experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Position Overview
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supporting daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. This role works closely with the General Manager and leadership team to maintain high standards of service, team culture, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
