This position supports our Central Florida market, with placement based on current business needs across Winter Park, Winter Garden, Longwood, UCF, Kissimmee, and SODO.

Every leader begins in our Manager in Training (MIT) Program, where you'll learn the 4 Rivers way while gaining the tools and support needed to succeed.

From there, you'll have opportunities to continue growing into roles such as:

• Service Manager
• Kitchen Manager
• Assistant General Manager
• General Manager
• Additional leadership opportunities as our company continues to grow

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play an important role in leading daily operations while creating an environment where both guests and team members feel valued.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences through genuine hospitality
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
• Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant profitability
• Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Building a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture
• Supporting busy lunch and dinner service in a fast-paced environment

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Passion for developing people and creating a great workplace culture
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work within our Central Florida market

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant scheduling, labor, and inventory systems
• Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)

4 Rivers Smokehouse began with the launch of the “Barbecue Ministry” in 2004, when John hosted a cookout fundraiser to support a local family whose young daughter was battling cancer.
