Job description

Please note that for this leadership position we require multiple years of high-level leadership experience. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team at a high volume ($10+ million) quick service restaurant. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Kitchen/ Food Prep operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, and establishing systems. As one of the top leaders in our organization, the buck stops with you.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and work daily in the Back of House area of the restaurant
  • Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department
  • Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department
  • Help establish and achieve all labor and food cost goals
  • Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department
  • Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
  • 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience
  • Experience in restaurant preferred (but not required)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong internal drive for results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
