Hyatt Regency Orlando is seeking a welcoming Restaurant Greeter to join our fine dining team at B Line Diner. This guest-facing role is vital to delivering the exceptional service and warm hospitality our restaurant is known for.
As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for guests dining with us. You'll play a key role in setting the tone for their experience by offering a warm welcome, assisting with seating arrangements, and providing thoughtful menu suggestions. In many cases, you'll also be the last team member guests interact with, making your presence essential in leaving a lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations and walk-in seating using the restaurant's reservation system.
  • Provide accurate wait times and accommodate seating preferences when possible.
  • Escort guests to their tables and introduce the menu or evening's specials.
  • Offer menu recommendations or general information about dishes or specials.
  • Monitor dining room flow and communicate seating needs with the service team.
  • Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return.
  • Ensure a clean and organized host stand area at all times.
