As a Restaurant (Shift) Manager, you'll lead shifts, coach crew members, and ensure every guest enjoys fast, friendly service. This is more than a job - it's the first step toward becoming an Assistant Manager, General Manager, or even multi-unit leader.
• Lead and inspire crew members during your shifts
• Deliver a great guest experience through speed, accuracy, and service
• Manage shift operations, including drive-thru, front counter, and cash handling
