Overview

Amaro's Table is thrilled to be opening a new location in Castle Rock this Fall (2024), and we’re seeking a dedicated and dynamic Dining Room Manager to help lead our front-of-house team. Northwest Hospitality Group believes that in order for our team to maintain a high caliber of principles and impeccable guest satisfaction, they must be supported by strong leadership. We are looking for managers who are inherently detail oriented, self motivated and driven to create memorable guest experiences.

You will be working with a progressive and committed management team that works together closely. Our company, NW Hospitality Group is continuing to expand, providing many avenues of healthy growth opportunities.

  • Leadership & Team Management: As Dining Room Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, inspire their team, and maintain a high standard of service.

  • Attention to Detail: From ensuring the cleanliness of the dining room to maintaining proper table settings, you’ll need a keen eye for detail to ensure everything meets our high standards.
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the dining room, including managing the front-of-house team
  • Providing exceptional service and hospitality to guests
  • Training, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Managing reservations and seating to optimize the guest experience
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a positive atmosphere in the dining room
  • Supporting the General Manager in all facets of the restaurant including ordering, employee disciplinary actions, manager logs and excellent communication
  • Upholding and enforcing Amaro’s Table’s standards and policies
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience: Previous experience managing a dining room or front-of-house team in a high-volume restaurant is required.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for providing excellent guest experiences and fostering a positive environment.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll need to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other managers to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Ability to Give and Receive Feedback: Strong skills in providing constructive feedback to help your team grow, as well as being open to feedback for your own professional development.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage a busy dining room efficiently while maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to 50 hour work week and availability on nights and weekends.
