We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Executive Administrator to provide bookkeeping, accounting, and property management. Five years experience and a working knowledge of Quickbooks is required.
Responsibilities include processing payroll and managing accounts payable for restaurant and real estate operations. Also, coordinating health and 401k benefits and preparing leases and marketing available rental properties to prospective tenants. Can be a few more hours depending on the days needed to visit tenants. Maintaining confidential business and employee information is essential.
