Our GENERAL MANAGERS are the premier unit-level leadership position within our organization that provides direct support to unit leaders and regional management in the effort to maintain efficient restaurant operations and provide our guests with a premium experience. General Managers will participate in direct oversight of all restaurant functions and maintain a primary role in developing a strong hospitality organization. They are also expected to cultivate healthy financials through strong business fundamentals. THE BASICS

  • Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values

PRE-REQs

  • Minimum 2 years restaurant/kitchen management experience
