Job description


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Tester / Software Engineer who will lead quality assurance
initiatives across modern web, mobile, cloud, and API-driven applications. The ideal candidate has strong
experience in both manual and automated testing, understands modern software development practices,
and can collaborate closely with developers, product managers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to
ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing software releases.
This role is expected to contribute strategically to test architecture, automation frameworks, CI/CD
integration, performance validation, and quality governance within Agile and DevSecOps environments.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web,
mobile, API, and cloud-native applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, usability, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for frontend, backend, and APIs.
• Validate system integrations across microservices and distributed systems.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing.
Automation Engineering
• Develop automation scripts using modern testing tools and frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve automation coverage and reduce manual regression effort.
• Maintain test environments, test data strategies, and automation reporting dashboards.
Performance & Security Testing
• Conduct load, stress, and performance testing for cloud-based systems.
• Identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and system vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with security teams for secure SDLC and vulnerability validation.
Agile & DevOps Collaboration
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and
backlog grooming.
• Work closely with software engineers, DevOps, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure quality
throughout the SDLC.
• Support release validation, production deployment verification, and incident triage.
Required Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or

• 5+ years of experience in Software QA Engineering or Test Automation.
• Strong experience testing enterprise web and cloud applications.
