Job description

Solvere Technical Group is looking for a senior Project Manager to support an upcoming U.S. Coast Guard program. The Program Manager shall institute and maintain an effective, efficient, and responsive management organization that shall provide administrative support for all tasks under this task order. Additionally, the Program Manager shall oversee all contracted personnel and subcontracted resources used in the performance of this contract. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all work activities are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shall be responsible for the effective management and administration of all efforts performed under the task order.
  • Will be responsible for program control and management for this effort. The task shall include:
    • Manage its personnel and staffing (including development, training, maintenance of staff clearance and evaluation);
    • Will allocate and schedule the task order resources; and
    • Coordinate and communicate with Government management and technical resources.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Compentencies:

  • 5+ years of relevant Project Management (PM) experience.
  • Familiar with U.S. Coast Guard organizational structure and lexicon.
  • Experience with U.S. Coast Guard project administration .

Certification or Training Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Office)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent PM experience

Security Clearance:

  • Secret

Education:

  • Bachelors degree desired, not required
