As an HR Manager at ICON, you will deliver people-focused solutions that support our business strategy, culture, and employee experience. You will partner with leaders to guide employees in navigating ICON resources to promote professional development, performance support, and challenge resolution.

What You Will Do:

Your focus will be on coordinating human resources delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on development, performance, and organizational policies, processes, and changes.

  • Managing employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution aligned with company policies and local legislation.

  • Supporting talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, development planning, and succession discussions.

  • Implementing HR programs and initiatives that support engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing.

  • Advising on compensation, benefits, and reward practices in partnership with specialist HR teams.

  • Using HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and support continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

You will have solid human resources experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work across a diverse group of leaders, think critically, problem-solve, effectively analyze data, communicate effectively, and independently follow-through on both the complicated and the simple responsibilities of the role.
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.

  • 4+ years' HR generalist experience, preferably within an international, matrixed organization.

  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.

  • Sound judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
