Job Summary

SuperATV is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as key business partner to manufacturing and operational leaders while also contributing to Human Resources programs and projects across the company.

The Human Resources Manager acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, fostering a strong partnership between Corporate HR and local operations to translate business objectives into people strategies, ensure consistent HR practices, and deliver measurable business value.

Specifically, the Human Resources Manager will lead efforts in employee relations, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development within assigned business units. The successful candidate is a hands-on HR leader who can effectively navigate the plant floor, build credibility with employees and leaders, leverage workforce data to inform decisions, lead cross-functional projects, and provide thoughtful coaching and guidance through complex people and business challenges.

Primary Duties

Human Resources Operations
•    Partner with operational leaders to support workforce planning, staffing forecasts, recruitment strategies, and organizational effectiveness.
•    Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations including conflict resolution, performance management, corrective actions, and employee development.
•    Participate in investigations and recommend appropriate actions when needed.

Strategic Human Resources Initiatives
•    Lead and support strategic HR projects aligned with organizational goals.
•    Assist with development and implementation of policies, programs, and procedures.
•    Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
•    Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement.
•    Participate in succession planning, talent development, and leadership development initiatives.
•    Assist with implementation of talent management programs and performance review processes.

Metrics & Analytics
•    Analyze workforce metrics and trends including turnover, attendance, staffing, engagement, and retention.
•    Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.

Employee Engagement & Culture
•    Support & lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning efforts.
•    Assist in planning & execution of employee recognition events, and promote the employee recognition program, RevUp.
•    Promote a positive workplace culture consistent with organizational values.
•    Serve as a visible HR presence throughout the facility.
•    Participate in onboarding initiatives to improve employee integration and retention.

Leadership & Team Development
•    Support the professional development and growth of HR team members.
•    Ensure HR administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
•    Provide oversight of SuperATV janitorial team and breakroom vendor relationships.

Education / Experience

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or related field.
•    7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. 
•    Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or operational environments. 
•    Experience handling employee relations investigations, conflict resolution skills, and performance management matters including maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment. 
•    Experience leading HR projects and initiatives. 
•    Supervisory or leadership experience. 
•    Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. 
•    Experience working with HR metrics and data analysis.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.

As a Dorman US contributor, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid time off (sick/vacation), and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and paid time off starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date.
