A Snapshot of Your Day
The Safety Resource Coordinator plays a key role in a collaborative team environment, ensuring qualified field safety and engineering personnel are deployed to support both internal and external stakeholders. This position directly influences safety, quality, and financial outcomes across Siemens Energy operations.
Additionally, the role leads SESI's safety program by delivering relevant safety information and coordinating completion of required training for field personnel.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Facilitate onboarding and assignment coordination between personnel and customers
  • Ensure job-specific training and qualifications are met for each assignment
  • Confirm employees have the necessary IT tools and resources to perform effectively
  • Maintain accurate assignment records and data entry in Salesforce
  • Escalate safety and HR concerns to management promptly. Support performance evaluations and follow through on required actions
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures; communicate updates to vendors and personnel. Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting to meet short- and long-term resource needs

What You Bring
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of OSHA, Worker's Compensation, EPA, DOT, and applicable state regulations
  • Proven ability to drive results and make informed decisions
  • Clear and proactive communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar platforms
