Summary

The Management Assistant supports one or more manager-level position with moderately complex administrative issues. This role will perform administrative duties for an individual, group or dept. Some activities that management assistant may be responsible for are managing schedules, arranging appointments, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, scheduling conference calls, preparing documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.
