Corgan is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our vibrant shared services HR team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a group of creative, driven professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.   • HRBP Support: Provide daily support to HR Business Partners on general HR matters.
  • Onboarding & Training: Facilitate new hire onboarding and support the coordination of training and development initiatives.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related topics including leaves, compensation, and workplace concerns.
  • HR Program Promotion: Champion HR initiatives that foster a productive, inclusive, and conflict-free workplace.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance & Relations: Support performance management processes and employee relations efforts.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Immigration Support: Partner with our immigration vendor and legal team to manage employee immigration processes and ensure compliance.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records in both electronic and paper formats.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations.
  • Engagement & Culture: Enhance employee satisfaction through timely issue resolution, perks and benefits, and team-building activities.

  • Preferred 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Exposure supporting employee immigration processes.
  • Ability to be onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws including FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

**This is an On-Site role based in Dallas 5 days per week**
