Job description

SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the administrative duties for the human resources department and the facility. The position is responsible for assisting the Human Resources manager with maintaining employee records, data entry, recruitment, orientation, onboarding, and providing administrative support to all employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development, strongly preferred. Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in human resources or equivalent position required. Healthcare experience strongly preferred. License and Certification: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation, preferred.
