Onsite Resource Coordinator

Help build exceptional teams while creating an outstanding candidate experience.
We're looking for an Onsite Resource Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and workforce planning at 9774 Calabash Ave, Fontana, CA 92335. You'll partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations leaders to attract talent, coordinate hiring activities, and guide candidates from application through onboarding.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Recruiting Process
As the Onsite Resource Coordinator, you’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to meet staffing goals. You’ll monitor hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding activities, and help ensure new hires have a seamless transition into their roles.

Create an Outstanding Candidate Experience

You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates, answering questions, and guiding them through pre-employment requirements. You’ll also support New Hire Orientation and help deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects our employer brand.

Partner with Operations

Working directly with onsite leadership, you’ll participate in workforce planning discussions, provide recruiting updates, and share labor market insights to help improve hiring outcomes. When challenges arise, you’ll collaborate with recruiting leadership and marketing to develop creative solutions that keep hiring on track.

Drive Results Through Data

You’ll maintain accurate recruiting data, monitor hiring metrics, and identify trends that improve recruiting effectiveness. Success in this role comes from balancing strong relationship-building skills with a data-driven mindset while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $60,000- $80,000 depending on experience. 

Qualifications Required

·       High school diploma or GED.

·       2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce planning experience.

·       Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.

·       Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.

·       Ability to work onsite in Fontana, CA.

·       Ability to stand for up to four hours during hiring events.

·       Flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred

·       Recruiting experience in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, or distribution.

·       Knowledge of recruitment marketing and workforce planning.

·       Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting.

·       Familiarity with I-9 compliance.

·       Experience with Dayforce or Workday.
