Position Overview

The Human Resources Assistant plays a key supportive role within the HR department by providing administrative assistance, project coordination, and day-to-day operational support. This position works closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure HR initiatives, processes, and projects are carried out efficiently and in alignment with company standards.

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will

  • Assist the day to day operations of the HR department
  • Assist with HR projects
  • Assist in maintaining team member records and HR database
  • Assist the coordination of company events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
