Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our inside-sales team at Tamarack Resort.
The successful candidate will focus on selling a variety of resort properties, including ski-in/ski-out condominiums, developer built homes, and home sites. This role requires delivering a first-class experience for clients through every step of the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and match clients with appropriate homes within Tamarack Resort's luxury portfolio, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  • Conduct personalized on-site property tours and presentations that highlight the resort's unique value proposition.
  • Manage client relationships through the entire sales cycle, including the construction and closing phases.
  • Track all leads, inquiries, and interactions in a central CRM, ensuring detailed and accurate data for follow-ups and marketing insights.
  • Negotiate offers and manage transaction documentation with the support of the development and title teams.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless closing processes, including inspections, appraisals, and final punch list items.
  • Maintain a presence at the resort sales office for walk-ins and scheduled appointments.

Requirements:
  • On-site
  • Active Idaho Real Estate License or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a real estate agent, including at least 2 years of experience in luxury or resort sales.
  • Proven track record of closing sales with high-net-worth clients, including executives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and accommodate client schedules.

  • Commission-based pay structure with the option for monthly draw against future commissions.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Fluent in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
