  • Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning items to management.
  • Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
  • Help maintain clean and inviting outdoor and guest-facing areas when needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is:

  • Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Willing to help teammates and take on different responsibilities throughout the day.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Able to communicate professionally in person, by phone, email, and text.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning reservation/property management software.
  • Able to follow established procedures and resort policies.
  • Positive, flexible, and solution-oriented.

Previous hospitality, hotel, RV resort, campground, front desk, customer service, or housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
