Job Description -  Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead enterprise-level initiatives involving complex workflows, integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of large-scale IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and document detailed functional and technical requirements
  • Analyze and document current-state and future-state workflows, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Develop detailed integration specifications, including data mapping, validation rules, and exception handling
  • Collaborate with vendors, architects, and development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Facilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring proper validation and stakeholder sign-off
  • Create comprehensive project documentation including test plans, communication plans, and deployment strategies
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions
  • Support project planning, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
  • Strong experience in business process analysis, workflow modeling, and integration projects
  • Expertise in gap analysis, root cause analysis, and solution design
  • Experience with UAT, QA methodologies, and project lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
