  • Proven track record of strong leasing performance and closing ability
  • Experience with Resman is a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance in a results-focused environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance
  • Clear understanding of occupancy, rent roll, collections, and NOI drivers
  • Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through
  • Professional, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

  • Renewal commission program (additional earning potential)
  • Rental Discounts
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package
  • Mileage Reimbursement
  • Referral Program
  • Paid time off (vacation + 6 paid holidays)
  • Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA plans
  • Life insurance, short & long-term disability
