Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish)

Orange Park, FL

Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced multifamily environment! If you have a passion for leasing, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to connect with you.

What You'll Do

  • Tour prospective residents and close leases
  • Build relationships with prospects and current residents
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and follow up on leads
  • Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals
  • Maintain resident files and ensure Fair Housing compliance
  • Assist with resident events, marketing, and occupancy goals
  • Support the office team with daily administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
✅ 1+ year of apartment leasing experience
✅ Proven sales and customer service skills
✅ Experience with Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, ResMan, RealPage, or other property management software
✅ Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
✅ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
✅ Reliable transportation and professional appearance
