Sales Executives keep every account they bring in and earn residual commission for the lifetime of the account. First year compensation is a $70,000-$75,000 base, plus guaranteed commissions to do $100,000 1st year. By year 2, every salesperson is making $200,000, and top reps in company are making $400,000.

As part of the benefits package, ย you will receive a ย company car, gas card (which you can also use for personal use), full benefits, matching 401k, laptop, newest iPhone, business expenses, etc. You can telecommute several days to the office as well.

Key Accountabilities:ย ย 

Prospecting: Identify, secure, and develop new business.
